We’re very proud of the creative projects we complete for our clients, so when we receive praise from one of the industry’s leading publications we think it deserves a mention!

Marketing voice-piece, The Drum, featured a creative review of some recent projects in the latest issue of their magazine.

The write up was carried out by Maxxium UK’s senior brand manager, Gregor Mina – who gave our Central Bolton website a sparkling review!

The launch of Caffeine: Google brews up new search engine index

Jun

This week sees the launch of Caffeine, Google’s brand spankin new indexing system! For those not familiar with the old system, what it basically means is this…

When you search for something in Google you’re not in fact searching a ‘live’ web but an indexing system, which is kind of like a reference guide for Google that lets it know what’s relevant and what isn’t.

So why change it?

As we move into a ‘real-time’ era of blogging, forums and up to the minute news items, searchers want information that is accurate, current and relevant to their day. To match people’s expectations of the world wide web, Google is now indexing thousands of pages every second to bring users the most up-to date….well, everything basically!

The new system provides 50% fresher results for web searches than the last index, and is the largest collection of web content offered today.

This is great news for us as we love all things digital! To find out more about our online marketing services just click here!
