POSITION HAS NOW BEEN FILLED

Leading integrated agency, Cube3 are looking for an experienced Account Manager to add to their ever expanding team.

The role will encompass the following daily responsibilities;

* Client facing

* Anticipating client needs and exceed client expectations for all ongoing projects and new business opportunities at all times.

* Working in partnership with the creative team

* Leading full account propositions – a hands on approach is needed

* Providing a real added value service to clients

* Directly taking ownership for, and managing a nominated set of accounts, ensuring that revenue targets are met whilst maintaining profitability

* Continually strengthen and forge excellent client relationships through proactive directorship and communication including face to face meetings, telephone, conference calls and email communication.

The Candidate should ideally demonstrate the following attributes;

* A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service

* Ability to work to strict client deadlines

* A detailed and analytical approach to researching and analysing opportunities to increase revenue

* Have extensive knowledge across various communication channels including digital and print

* A minimum of 2-3 year’s agency experience

* Strong communication skills in all disciplines including written, oral, email and presentation
